Overview
فهذا بحث فقهي جمعت فيه الأقوال الفقهية في حكم أصل التداوي، ثم بينت الرأي المختار. وتتبين أهمية البحث في أن فيه جمعًا لكثير من النصوص المتعلقة بالموضوع، مع الجمع بينها في الرأي المختار، وفيه الرد على غلاة المتصوفة الذين منعوا التداوي أصلاً، كما يتضمن فتح مجال للحوار في هذه المسألة العلمية بما يستوعب الرأي الآخر في حدود الفهم السليم، ويأتي البحث في إطار الجمع بين الفقه والطب، وهو أمر ذو أهمية كبيرة في زمن المستجدات الطبية. وفيه يتبين عدم اعتبار مذهب غلاة الصوفية في منع التداوي ما دامت وسيلته مباحة، وأن الأصل مشروعية التداوي؛ لما دل على ذلك من النصوص الشرعية، مع اختلاف حكمة بحسب اختلاف الأحوال. والله الموفق.
