The 16-member delegation included Tribal Chairman Llevando Fisher, a tribal council member, traditional ceremonial leaders and society men and ceremonial women as well as fourth generation descendants of Chief Dull Knife, Steve Brady, member of the Northern Cheyenne Cultural Commission said. \"Indeed, this is a very historical event,\" Mr. Brady said. \"There is no question that it is an emotional issue. The group of 16 fourth, fifth and sixth generation descendants submitted a claim to Dr. Tom Killion of the Smithsonian Institution, Tribal Chairman Fisher, Ada Deer, assistant Secretary of the Interior, Montana's House and Senate Representatives and Sen. Ben Night Horse Campbell, D-Colo.
