The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of consumer innovativeness on consumer well-being for smart devices consumers in Egypt. The questionnaire was distributed to smart devices users in different categories. 479 out of 525 questionnaires were collected. 443 questionnaires were valid and free of missing data. Multiple regression analysis is employed to test the research hypotheses using Warp PLS 0.7. The research results revealed that consumer innovativeness positively affect consumer well-being.

Organizations rely on employees to innovate in processes, methods and operations, because employees are the basic cells of the organization and play a fundamental role in organizational innovation. Since ideas are the foundation of innovation, these are generated by employees, who ''develop, carry, react to and modify ideas''. So the need to demonstrate innovative behaviors from employees, that it aids businesses in remaining competitive and adapt quickly to changes. However, to adopt the innovation process in any organization, inertia to change is a substantial barrier, and its role has not been examined completely. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of organizational inertia on employee innovative behavior. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 353 teachers (with 90.93% response rate). Multiple Regression analysis was employed to test the research hypotheses using the software (SPSS V.25). The study findings showed that there is a significant negative impact of organizational inertia on employee innovative behavior. Also, theoretical and practical implications were presented in addition to future research suggestions.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of the dimensions of digital transformation named people, technology, strategy, process, customer on employee advocacy for Mansoura University employees. The instrument utilized for data collection was the questionnaire. Consequently, 357 usable questionnaires were collected from Mansoura University employees with a response rate of (89.25%). The study results suggested that digital transformation has a significant direct positive effect on employee advocacy. Furthermore, people have a significant direct positive effect on employee advocacy. Moreover, technology has a significant direct positive effect on employee advocacy. Also, strategy has a significant direct positive effect on employee advocacy. Additionally, process has a significant direct positive effect on employee advocacy. Finally, customer has a significant direct positive effect on employee advocacy. Also, theoretical and practical implications were presented in addition to future research suggestions.

This study aims to investigate the direct effect of the relationship between Leader's Dark Triad Personality Traits and Workplace relationship quality for employees in medical centers and hospitals in Mansoura University. This research adopts a quantitative method as a research methodology. Hence, the data was gathered from 380 employees in Mansoura University hospitals (82.6% response rate).The study findings showed that leader's dark triad personality traits have a significant negative effect on workplace relationship quality. Theoretical and practical implications were then discussed.

This study aimed to determining the impact of knowledge inertia on employee innovative behavior. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 353 teachers of public secondary schools in Mansoura city (with 90.39% response rate). Multiple Regression analysis was employed to test the research hypotheses using the software (SPSS V.25). The study findings showed that there aren't significant differences between public secondary schools teachers' perceptions regarding the study variables (knowledge inertia- employee innovative behavior) according to their demographic characteristics (age and gender), Furthermore, the study revealed that there is a significant negative impact of knowledge inertia on idea generation. Moreover, knowledge inertia has a significant negative impact on idea promotion. Finally, the results showed that knowledge inertia has a significant negative impact on idea implementation.

The research aims to investigate the relationship between high performance work systems and flourishing at work for Mansoura university employees. The researcher employed a questionnaire to gather data from the 357 Mansoura University employees. Regression analysis and a quantitative research approach were used in the study to test the research hypotheses using Warp PLS version 7. The study findings of the current study revealed that high performance work systems have a significant direct positive effect on flourishing at work. Moreover Ability enhancing has a significant direct positive effect on flourishing at work. Furthermore, Motivation enhancing has a significant direct positive effect on flourishing at work. Finally, Opportunity enhancing has a significant direct positive effect on flourishing at work. Also, definitions and dimensions of high performance work systems and flourishing at work are discussed. Research method, data analysis and results are presented. Additionally, theoretical and practical implications were presented, along with recommendations for further study.
