Moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity aimed improving health-related fitness—cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition. Teachers are required to provide health education along with physical education, personal development and safety awareness as part of their curriculum and classroom environment.8 This programme promotes physical activity among children and enhances students’ learning.
