Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is an aggressive malignancy characterized by limited therapeutic options and poor prognosis. This review presents a comprehensive analysis of clinical trials on targeted therapies, aiming to establish a novel, evidence-based treatment strategy exclusively leveraging molecularly targeted agents.
