يتبوأ الشاعر الألباني المعاصر إسماعيل كاداره مكانة مرموقة بصورة عامة في الأدب الألباني وفي الثقافة البلقانية. ويعد من الشعراء البارزين في ألبانيا نظرا لعطائه الغزير الذي بلغ أوج نضجه الإبداعي في السنوات الأخيرة. وكاداره شاعر ذو حساسية نادرة وموهبة فائقة وصاحب ثورة استهدفت صميم المشكلات الاجتماعية والنفسية التي عانت منها الشعوب البلقانية عبر مراحل تاريخ النضال، شاعر استوعب في نفس الوقت وبعمق كنه الإنسان ومواقفه الصامدة أمام التحديات المتعددة. وكاداره يتقن الرسم بالكلمات بأسلوب واقعي ينفذ إلى قلوب الجماهير ويحمل إليها مفاهيم التقدم والإزدهار الوطني.
